Collections held by the KFHG include:

The Terry Eakin Library - over 30 shelf metres of books, documents, etc donated to the town of Kempsey. Terry Eakin, now in retirement, was one of the most prominent researchers of Irish Family History in Australia.

Access to copies of the Macleay Argus 1882-2020 and the Macleay Chronicle 1899-1951 due to the kind consideration of Rural Press and the Macleay Argus (We also have digital copies of these newspapers to 1954)
